It is also only a few blocks from the new Parc Central, metro stations, various bus lines, and the València Nord train station.

Each bedroom has direct access to a private outdoor space. There is a fourth guest bathroom near the kitchen and living room, and there is a lofted area above the living room that can be used as an office space or an extra sleeping area.
The property has a very open plan design, perfect for a family or group of friends looking to enjoy Valencia for either a short visit or longer stay. It’s centered around a private central courtyard with floor to ceiling accordion glass doors that can be opened completely for seamless indoor/outdoor flow. There are two additional private outdoor spaces (one terrace and one patio) off the back bedroom and upstairs bedroom.
