Nice, bright apartment, in the heart of València, a few meters from the river Turia (currently Turia Park), Located next to the Carmen neighborhood, it is close to Colon Street, the Plaza de la Virgen and the Cathedral. You can also enjoy the wide route of the Jardín del Túria just below the apartment, ideal for practicing sports or relaxing taking a pleasant walk among its wide vegetation.

La seu is a high end neighborhood in the city center, it is surrounded by important streest as Carrer del mar, Carrer de la Pau, Porta de la Mar, Plaza del Temple, Plaza Tetuan where the cultural center of Bancaja is. Fantastic stores like Carolina Herrera nearby and of course just steps from the amazing Turia park to have a wonderful walk, bike, jog, or simply enjoy the perfect weahter!!
Old city center can be tricky to enter by car. Suggestions: if you come by car, park at interparking Glorieta Paz. Its 2 minutes away from the apartment, its a public paid parking downtown. Or you can park for free in paseo alameda, and its a 5-10 minutes walking distance.
If you come by taxi, it will leave you just in front of the building.
If you come by metro, the nearest metro stations are Colon and Alameda and it will be 8 minutes (650m) walking distance.2 reviews -
Bright 3-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor with elevator. One bathroom with bathtub, living room with open-plan kitchen, and two small balconies. Each bedroom includes a desk and chair. There is no TV or air conditioning, but fans are available in summer and a radiator in winter. Located very close to Malvarrosa Beach and the Port of Valencia. Ideal for students.
