29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

- Reservations are not allowed for people under 25 years of age.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
- Turn off the air conditioning or heating radiator when leaving the apartment.
- For electricity consumption we cover up to a maximum of 15 kWh per day, which is higher than the average consumption of normal energy use. If it exceeds that value, we will ask the guest for the cost of the excess! Since we remotely control the daily consumption and the excess will be 0.50.-eur per KWh.
- Be careful with the apartment and its contents.
- Do not disturb the neighbors to avoid complaints. Remember that your apartment is number 2B. DO NOT RING OTHER NUMBERS OF THE BUILDING.
- Parties or loud music are strictly prohibited in the apartment. If we have complaints from neighbors for this reason, we will be forced to ask you to leave the apartment without reimbursement for the remaining of your stay.
- Remember to leave the furniture clean and tidy and throw your garbage when leaving
- Upon your departure, please lock the door and leave it in the box with the code and close.
- The ordinary check in time is from 16:00 to 22:00. If your arrival is after that hour we will charge a supplement of:
22:00 - 00:00 (€20)
Later than 00:00 (€40)
NOTE:
It’s important for us to have our guest provide their ID OR PASSPORT NUMBER so that we have control of all our guests who are staying in our apartments.
- If you need a cot or high chair for baby you have to request it previously and has an extra cost of (20€)
- Please avoid making noise. Remember this is a RESIDENTIAL space property and neighbors need to rest easy.
- Our customer service time its from 09:30 to 20:00 hs, for urgent requests or situations, please contact to our phone numbers
- For stays longer than 1 month: The property covers an amount of up to 100.-eur in the services of electricity, water and internet for reservations over 1 MONTH and the proportional part for reservations of less time. Sufficient amount to cover all the comforts of the accommodation. The guest will pay the difference if this limit is exceeded.
- A document will be delivered on the day of check in with the apartment's rules for the guest's signature.
